Tzvia Hermann and her husband Neil started The Laser Beautique. As a child, Tzvia was inspired by her mother, Chana, a beauty salon owner and trainer. Tzvia's love for the beauty industry pushed her to find a solution to remove unwanted body hair permanently and painlessly which lead to the creation of The Laser Beautique.
The first branch was opened in 2009 and to date there is a total of 11 Laser Beautique clinics across South Africa. Each offers a wide range of cosmetic procedures, laser hair removal, grooming and beauty treatments such as non-surgical face lifts, skin tightening and near-infrared therapy like medical massages.
The Laser Beautique credo
According to Tzvia, their Beautique Belief states that because skin is a powerful protective barrier against the permeation of foreign elements, it naturally limits the effectiveness of traditional topical lotions and serums.
To counteract that, The Laser Beautique combines cutting edge technology with a cosmeacuetical topical regime to ensure a holistic approach to achieve desired results, safely, with minimal disruption to everyday life.
“Don’t just have a regular facial, have a result driven facial and discover the wonders of today’s technological advancement,” Tzvia says.
As an internationally recognised trainer in laser treatments, Tzvia travels around the world to stay up to date with the latest developments in laser and aesthetic technology. She believes that is the key to remaining successful, so they’ve embarked on refresher courses every month enabling their therapists to provide the best treatment to their clients. “Most laser distributors offer a one-day training course, which is nowhere near sufficient training to be able to safely treat,” she says.
The salon has grown to stock Tzvia’s skin care line, BeauCeuticals, she has expanded and built a training centre, Beautique Academy. She has launched Beautique Brands, a distribution company to circulate brands such as the Canadian Apilus, a speedy and comfortable electrolysis device to remove non-pigmented hair; and Cool Lifting, a revolutionary non surgical face lifting device from Spain.
