Prince William and Kate Middleton are flexing their hosting muscles this party season and throwing two special Christmas extravaganzas for Royal Air Force service members and their families.
Over the weekend, the Kensington Palace Twitter account announced the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will undertake two engagements in London and Cyprus in support of 'deployed military personnel and their families who will be apart over the festive period'.

On Tuesday 4 December, the couple will host a Christmas get-together in London, supported by the Royal British Legion, for families and children of deployed servicemen and women from RAF Coningsby and RAF Marham serving in Cyprus.
A day later, the pair will take the celebrations over to RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus to celebrate the festive season with station personnel, families living on the base, and members of the local community.
Anyone else think they're the real-life Mr and Mrs Claus?

According to Harpers' Bazaar UK: 'The party will feature stalls where children can decorate stockings, make snow globes and craft Christmas crackers.
'There will also be a photo booth and post box at the event for attendees to send personalised messages to loved ones serving in Cyprus.'
The Duke and Duchess will also officially open the Oasis Centre at RAF Akrotiri, which is a new hang-out area for personnel when they aren't on shift.
Throwing parties is something of a skill for Kate, whose parents Michael and Carole own online party planning and gift business, Party Pieces.
It is widely speculated that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will spend Christmas at the Middleton family home in Berkshire this year, weeks after Kate's sister, Pippa, welcomed her first child last month.
It's custom for the royal family to spend the festive season together in Sandringham with the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh. However, Kate and Will have history of skipping the royal shindig for some quality time with the Middleton.
In 2016, the couple enjoyed a private Christmas day with the Middleton family, marking it the second time since their marriage in 2011.
